UX manager and design lead for a cloud-based B2B enterprise software and patient mobile applications for the Philips Respironics Sleep and Respiratory Care.
Oversee and contribute to all things UX during advance development (AD) through product development launch and maintenance (PDLM) phases of the various products. Work closely with customers, key stakeholders, product management and marketing, project management, architecture, engineering and various PDLM teams to ensure our solutions provide value to the business, meet user needs and are technically feasible.
Manage a PDLM UX scrum team practicing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and a mix of lean and agile UX. Conduct usability studies, advocate for the users, recommend UX enhancements based on best practices and support feature development. Helped establish atomic design later replacing it with the newer Philips design language system.
UX activities include but are not limited to:
• Need-finding
• UX mapping (User journeys to workstream diagrams)
• User research (evaluations to usability testing)
• Competitive research
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions
• Requirement writing and refinement
• Wireframing
• High-fidelity designs
• Design language system implementation
